Beginning Jan. 13, 2026, you will be prompted to set up multifactor authentication (MFA) when you sign in to PEGASys.
MFA adds an extra layer of security by asking you to confirm your identity using a second step, such as entering a code sent to your phone. The setup process will be quick and should take only a few minutes. After it is enabled, you will use MFA each time you sign in.
